I'm not scared (by Niccolo Ammaniti)

This novel might have been written by Enid Blyton after she had endured a prolonged nasty experience. It is non the worse for this, very very easy to tune into, less easy to put down, I read it in two sittings. If you are looking for a several hour diversion, I would recommend it.

Are you reading the English version or the Italian original?

Reading a book in Italian would be very hard work indeed requiring the constant nagging of nearby Italians and reference to dictionaries at the end of which I suspect I would have misunderstood some vital points.

So it was the Italian version then.

I see you haven't got your picture up on your profile yet. I don't have any of my old photos as I never took them when I left home, but I have asked my Mum to try and dig them out - so I will, hopefully, be able to supply a few choice examples once she finds them.
